To register for the Foundations cohort with Zooms on Thursdays, 9:30-10:30am MDT from May 1st through May 22nd, fill out the following form. If you are a Capable Life Access Pass holder, you will receive email confirmation that you are in the cohort. If you are not a Pass Holder, you will receive a link to purchase a Pass and after purchase, you will be automatically registered.
